Tim is very friendly and professional. He explained all his findings to me in a way I would understand and how serious it can be or become if not fixed. In my opinion, the price is extremely reasonable. You also have the option to pay for Radon Testing in addition to the inspection, which is great considering you don’t have to find a separate company to do this testing. He was very easy to get a hold of! His website is also user friendly. I highly recommend Tim for your home inspection.

I have had 3 home inspections done and Tim Millner is awesome. Great price, I had the radon test done with it and his price beat 6 other inspection quotes I had. He is on time, Pleasant very friendly easy going guy. Very knowledgeable and anything you need explained he is thorough. Highly recommend Millner home inspections! Tim was very thorough during the inspection and took many photos throughout the interior and exterior of the home, including use of a drone to view the roof. Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions or concerns we had. Report was detailed and easy to read/understand. Fair pricing.
